Good
The location. The LRT station is just behind and infront is a whole buffet of eateries for you to choose from. For a budget hotel, the mattress and pillows are really comfortable and the AC is really cold. Security is reasonable as you can only access the floor your key card allows you to. So without a card outsiders should not be able to access the room levels.
Try to get a room without windows cos the rooms with the bathroom windows at the side are really noisy when the LRT train comes by and the train runs till past midnight. And then it starts again before 6 in the morning. Shutting the window and closing the bathroom door only helps a little. Lesson learnt from this trip.

Basic but ok
Good for the price. It's a basic hotel with small room. Staff were friendly. There is an attached Pakistani restaurant which was good.
The volume and on/off buttons on the remote were broken so the TV was permanently on and muted which was annoying at night. There was a hole in the ceiling above the bed which dripped water continuously, more so if it had been raining. We had to shove the bed up against the wall to try and avoid it. There didn't seem to be many options for food nearby except the restaurant nextdoor. There were also almost no options for food delivery (at least not on Grab or Food Panda).
